PRODUCT LIABILITY INSURANCE
Products Liability provides protection for you against loss arising from injury or property damage caused by a defect in the product manufactured or sold. If a member of the public is injured or property, not belonging to you, is damaged arising from a defect in a product manufactured or sold, you may be held liable for this injury or damage. The policy will also pay the costs of defending a claim and the claimant’s legal costs in connection with bringing the action if the claim is successful.

Employers Liability provides protection to employers against loss arising from his/her legal liability
If your employees become ill or are injured as a result of an accident that occurs while working for you( the employer) may be held liable for that employee.
